Active Duty military that got a DUI in California but licensed in Hawaii?

Im active duty military and I got a DUI out in town. The dui occurred in San diego, but my license is in Hawaii. From my knowledge, Hawaii already DQ’d (Disqualified) my license and the 30-day temporary driving license does not apply with me. I don’t know my BAC and I already got a lawyer.

On the military side, its not decided whether or not im getting an NJP. From my understanding, my COC (Chain of Command) told me that the worst is Captains Mast, but I’ve been hearing that our command has an out of town DUI policy that we don’t get an NJP… But we do get a Page 13 in our service record and a 1.0 on our eval on the military bearing category.

As a sailor in need and confused about the Laws and such… Is there any advice anyone can give me about this situation? Any real life experiences with such event? And no stupid answers please… We all make mistakes and im really not in the mood to hear an ignorant answer.
